Temporary exhibition Let’s Play Film!

Let’s Play Film! is a new interactive exhibition for children aged 4 and up and their parents, transforming part of the NaFilM Museum into a space for first steps into the world of film. Engaging all the senses, the exhibition turns moving images into a big shared experience that goes far beyond anything you can enjoy on a screen. Installations designed especially for our youngest visitors invite children to explore and create stories of their own.

Playful experiments with light, shadow and animated images await you, as well as the opportunity to create sounds for films. And you can also look forward to camping with a bear.

We created the exhibition in collaboration with the Dutch creative studio Taartrovers, artists, and experts in preschool and early primary education. In addition to regular visits, we will also offer programmes for kindergartens, children’s groups, and 1st and 2nd grade primary school classes.

We are opening in autumn 2026. Convince your children to take you along!
